At Zig-Zag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Zig-Zag account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
